Some types of certificates and medical examinations are not covered by the National Health Service. We use the guidance of the British Medical Association to set these fees. Such certificates include private medical insurance reports, holiday insurance cancellation certificates, public carriage office forms. Certain travel vaccinations are not provided by the NHS and a charge will be levied for their administration.
